Dear Investors,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One week ago we sent out a survey concerning the future development of the platform. We are delighted to have received close to 50 replies to that survey and countless more ideas and suggestions over time via email. We have grouped all ideas by topic and added a short comment on if and when you should expect each item.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Top 5 most requested features<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  1. Improved financial statements for investors.<\/strong>CEO\u2019s comment: We are working on this. Both the income statement and cash\u2011flow statement will have a feature where you can trace every euro to the concrete contract where and when it came. The challenge is moving a huge amount of data from different systems to the platform, but our IT team is working hard on it.\u00a0ETA: beginning of Q4 2025.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. More detailed quarterly insights on how Modena is performing.<\/strong>CEO\u2019s comment: We will add more data in the upcoming quarterly updates concerning Modena\u2019s financials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. More options for Vault lock\u2011in periods (both shorter and longer).<\/strong>CEO\u2019s comment: We are developing automatically renewing 12\u2011month vaults. We had not planned for 6\u2011month vaults, but since many have requested them, we will add this option to the development pipeline.\u00a0Realistic ETA for both: Q4 2025 or Q1 next year.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Refer\u2011a\u2011friend program.<\/strong>CEO\u2019s comment: This is in the development roadmap and is planned for\u00a0Q4 2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Monthly summary emails for investors.<\/strong>CEO\u2019s comment: This idea is at the top of the development roadmap and will be rolled out within the next\u00a01\u20132 months<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Other ideas \/ suggestions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. 2FA login.<\/strong>CEO\u2019s comment: We have already quietly rolled out this feature. Under your account settings, you can configure different login options. We have not yet made a public announcement since the FAQ and manuals are not finished. If you are familiar with 2FA, you may enable this feature now; if not, please wait another week while we prepare the public instructions.If you decide to enable the feature now:\n

      • When enabling a password, this will be an additional login option alongside the one\u2011time magic email link.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • To use an authenticator app, you will also need to set up a password.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Incentives for investors who invest larger amounts for longer periods.<\/strong>CEO\u2019s comment: We are planning investor benefits categories based on investment size.\u00a0ETA: Q1 2026.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Improved auto\u2011payout functionality:<\/strong>\u00a0(1) more features, (2) data explaining how payout numbers are calculated (e.g., reasons for month\u2011to\u2011month fluctuations).CEO\u2019s comment: We have the auto\u2011payment calculation report in the development pipeline and are reviewing which features could and should be added.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Faster cash\u2011out options.<\/strong>CEO\u2019s comment: We offer two types of cash\u2011outs for the Dynamic vault. We are not sure if we can speed these up further \u2013 it\u2019s mostly a legal issue \u2013 but we will explore this topic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Daily APR calculation.<\/strong>CEO\u2019s comment: We will add this as part of the development scope for the enhanced financial statements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Access account data via API.<\/strong>CEO\u2019s comment: At present, there are no plans to build such APIs. However, if there is demand for this feature, we may add it. If you would like to have this feature, please email us so we can gauge interest and plan accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Dedicated tax report.<\/strong>CEO\u2019s comment: This is in the development pipeline \u2014\u00a0ETA: Q4 2025.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Possibility to log in with Mobile\u2011ID.<\/strong>CEO\u2019s comment: We have focused on 2FA options with an app or passkey. There are no current plans for Mobile\u2011ID login.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Possibility to set goals for Vaults.<\/strong>CEO\u2019s comment: This is a good idea and we will consider it. Currently, every vault has an ID, but setting a goal might help in achieving financial targets.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
