Modena offers a feature called buyback which means that all the defaulted loans will be bought back by Modena.

If the customer does not make payments according to payment schedule then Modena is obligated to buy back the debt claim from the investor once it has become 35-90 days overdue depending on the underlying contract’s debt claim.
